Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand’s growth, primarily in the Swedish market. However, collaboration with the company’s overall international marketing efforts will be a part of the role. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of marketing strategies and be adept at managing a wide range of marketing tools and skills, from social media to data analytics. Experience in a dynamic startup environment is a significant plus.  

Key responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Vegger’s goals and drive brand awareness and growth. 
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and execute social media strategies, creating engaging content and managing interactions across all platforms. 
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives, ensuring effective reach and engagement. 
  • Content Management: Manage content across all channels, including the website, PR activities, and other marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging. 
  • Marketing Data Analytics: Analyze marketing data to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts. 
  • Account-Based Marketing: Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies to target specific key accounts, enhancing customer relationships and driving sales. 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication. 
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, including account-based marketing. 
  • Strong experience in social media management, campaign management, and content creation. 
  • Proficiency in marketing data analytics and the ability to make data-driven decisions for allocating funds and reaching overall marketing objectives. 
  • Startup experience is highly desirable. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with team members across different locations. 
  • You will likely have a university degree in e.g., marketing, communications or relevant professional training in the field.

Urban Farming Customer Success Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an Urban Farming Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with our clients, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing hands-on support in urban vertical farming projects. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, training, and after-sales services.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with our urban farming solutions.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote our urban vertical farming projects and initiatives.
  • Provide practical support by visiting client locations, offering training, and ensuring the smooth operation of vertical farming installations.
  • Conduct after-sales follow-ups, addressing any client concerns and optimizing their experience with our products and services.
  • Collect client feedback to improve our offerings and customer service approach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or client relationship management, preferably in the urban farming, horticulture, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of urban vertical farming practices and vertical farming technology is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel to client locations as needed.
  • Enthusiasm for sustainable agriculture and a commitment to promoting environmental well-being.
